More sustainable packaging

For Marcel, it is not only important to find the best ingredients for his soaps, but also that the packaging is not so harmful to the planet. This is why we work with bottles made of recycled plastic, and a number of products come in plastic-free packaging. Refills of more and more products are also available. In this way, we all save a lot of plastic.

We don't need any more new plastic, there is enough plastic on our planet! That is why Marcel's Green Soap chooses bottles made of recycled plastic, made from old plastic packaging. By making packaging from recycled materials, we reduce the amount of (plastic) waste and slow down the production of new plastic.

With refills, together we can reduce the huge (plastic) waste stream. Together, we will save a whole lot of bottles and transport costs. And besides the fact that refills are better for the planet, they are also better for your wallet. After all, refill packs are cheaper. So we make sure we make refilling more accessible and attractive to everyone.

Packed with natural ingredients

 

Every soap from Marcel's Green Soap is packed with natural ingredients. This means that the products are made with ingredients that largely come from nature and are not harmful to the environment, your home, or your body.

All our products are at least 95% biodegradable. This means that at least 95% of the organic ingredients are readily (readily) or inherently (inherently) biodegradable. Biodegradable ingredients break down into water, energy and biomass.

Did you know that all Marcel's Green Soap products are vegan? By vegan we mean: contains no animal ingredients and is made without the use of animal testing (applies to both the finished product and the raw materials).

The negative impact of plastic on our planet is getting bigger. And the plastic particles smaller and smaller... They won't get in with us - The formulas of Marcel's Green Soap have always been free of microplastics. And since January 2023 they have also officially carried the ‘Zero Plastic Inside’ certificate from the Plastic Soup Foundation.
