B Corp is een internationale certificering voor bedrijven die voldoen aan geverifieerde normen voor sociale en milieuprestaties, transparantie en accountability. Om die certificering te behalen, wordt een bedrijf beoordeeld op zijn prestaties op het gebied van sociale en milieuprestaties, governance en transparantie, op basis van de B Lab-standaarden. Oftewel: B Corp laat zien dat je niet alleen mooie sociale en milieugerichte beloftes doet, maar dat ook echt waarmaakt.

EU Ecolabel is the reliable quality mark for environmentally conscious products and services in the non-food sector. More and more Marcel's Green Soap products carry this quality mark. We consider this important because it substantiates our claims and guarantees a more environmentally friendly product. You can see which products are already certified by the logo on the packaging.

The V-Label is an internationally recognised quality mark for vegan and vegetarian products. Products with the V-Label do not contain any animal ingredients. This makes it easier to make a conscious, animal friendly choice without compromising on fragrance or cleaning power.

AllergyCertified is an international certification for skin-friendly products. The entire 0% product line of Marcel's Green Soap, consisting of a detergent, hand soap and shower gel, carries the AllergyCertified quality mark.

The FSC certificate guarantees that paper is sourced from responsible forest management. All paper and cardboard packaging used by Marcel's Green Soap are FSC certified.

Green Key is the international hallmark for sustainable businesses in the hospitality sector. Green Key makes it clear to consumers that a company values sustainability and applies it throughout its operations. Marcel's Green Soap's laundry and cleaning products are Green Key approved.

The RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) is the largest certification system for sustainable palm oil. At Marcel's Green Soap, we choose alternatives to palm oil, provided they have a demonstrably lower impact on the environment.

When a good alternative is not (yet) available, we use RSPO-certified palm oil as much as possible. In this way, we limit the impact on people and nature, while continuing to work on more sustainable solutions.

Marcel's Green Soap is an official member of the European program "A.I.S.E. Charter for Sustainable Cleaning Update 2020+." As a company, we contribute to promoting and demonstrating continuous improvement in the sustainability profile of the sector.
