When do we ship your order?
Orders placed and paid for on working days before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 12 noon or on a non-working day will be shipped the next working day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are £9.95 for all orders within England.
How do we ship your order?
We ship all international orders with DHL. We can ship orders to street addresses and non-PO boxes. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a DHL collection point.
You will receive a track & trace code by email when your parcel has been scanned.
Returns
We want you to always be satisfied with your purchases at Marcelsgreensoap.com, both with regard to the products and our service. Has something gone wrong? Let us know! Your feedback helps us to continuously improve our products and service. You can reach us at klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com. We respond to questions and complaints within two working days. If you are not satisfied with the products, we will resolve this as follows:
You return the product(s). Please contact us first or fill in the return form. Click here for the return form. Products that have not been opened will be refunded. For products that have already been used, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid.
You can exchange the product for another, similar product. We will work with you to find a solution. If something went wrong during shipping, please send an email to klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com. You will then receive a new product.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel your order and return it free of charge within 14 calendar days. This period only starts when you have received the products. The products must still be sealed. To return the products, please contact us at klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com or fill in the return form. Click here for the return form. If you cancel your entire order and you have paid shipping costs, we will also refund these. You can expect a refund within 14 days.
Prices
All prices include VAT.
Payment options
At Marcel's Green Soap, we offer the following payment options:
IDEAL
Direct and secure payment in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. After selecting the iDEAL option in the shopping basket, select your bank. After the final step in the ordering process, ‘Confirmation’, you will be redirected to your own bank to arrange the payment. For Dutch customers who bank with: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
Credit card – Deferred payment
Your credit card number will only be used once for payment and will not be stored. You can choose between Visa, Master Card and Klarna.
