Yes really, some brands use animal ingredients such as beef fat or beeswax. There are also brands that test their products on animals. Marcel goes for a clean house, clean laundry and clean skin without animal suffering.
100% VEGAN, 100% RESULTS
Marcel finds it strange that so many animal ingredients are still used in detergents and cleaning products. Think for example of beef fat in soap or slaughterhouse waste in fabric softeners: remains of animals that are not suitable for human consumption are used to clean the clothes that we wear on our bodies. And that while natural ingredients clean just as well. Many ecological brands have proven that by now! Marcel also prefers to use 'plant power' for his products. Nature is full of powerful and caring substances. Why shouldn't we use them?
IS TESTING STILL BEING DONE ON ANIMALS?
Since 2013, there has been a ban in Europe on testing products for our personal care on laboratory animals. Animal testing is not permitted for the production of cosmetic products or for testing safety. The ban applies not only to the product itself, but also to the individual ingredients and to testing worldwide. This seems like good news, but unfortunately this ban does not yet apply to cleaning products. Rats, mice, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs are still used for testing. With vomiting, shivers, organ failure, paralysis and even death as a result. And if the animals do survive the tests, they are usually killed afterwards. Just like with cosmetics, animal testing is not at all necessary for the development of cleaning products.

Do you have pets and do you want to be able to clean your house without worries? Then do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents. Residues of the agent that remain on the floor, for example, can stick to the paws or fur of your pet. When they then wash themselves, they can ingest harmful substances. Of course, we want to prevent this. Fortunately, Marcel's ecological products are also safe to use near animals. So you don't have to worry about anything while cleaning!
