Microplastics are still widely used in products from major brands such as Palmolive, Axe, Dove and L'Oréal. Not so good, because microplastics have a negative effect on the environment and our health. What exactly are the dangers to our health? is still being investigated . In any case, they cannot get in at Marcel's Green Soap. And that is why you will now find the label: 'microplastics free formula' on more and more of our products. In this way we help consumers make the right choice at the shelf. The first products with this label are our updated shower gels.
Singing in the shower gel!
Woohoo, our shower gels have gotten a makeover. Not only the packaging, but also the formula has been upgraded. And, surprise: a new scent has been added! What exactly has changed:
#1 Thicker gel that won't slip out of your hands
We sometimes received the comment that our shower gel quickly slips out of your hands in the shower. Of course, we shouldn't have that, because a lot of product is lost this way. Our product specialist Eefje started working on this, and it worked: the shower gels from Marcel's Green Soap are now a bit thicker, so they fit better in your hand.
#2 Even more caring ingredients
We've added extra aloe vera and vegetable glycerine for even more hydration and a super soft feeling on the skin.
#3 New scent: Mimosa & Blackcurrant
Marcel's Green Soap shower gel is now also available in the scent 'Mimosa and Blackcurrant'. Mimosa was used by the Egyptians as a symbol of resurrection and immortality. In combination with the fruity scent of blackcurrant, this fragrance combination ensures that you will always smell fresh!
The new shower gels are now available at various drugstores - and of course also via our online soap shop .
