Absolutely! All our orders (except letterbox packages) have a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily track your package. You'll be kept informed by email.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order! You can return your package via our returns form.

If you want to return a package, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Unopened products will be refunded, and you'll receive a credit note for used products.
