We want you to always be satisfied with your purchases on Marcelsgreensoap.com. Both about the products and our service. Did something go wrong? Let us know! With your feedback we can continue to improve our products and services. We can be reached at klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com . We answer questions and complaints within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with the products, we will resolve the matter as follows:

  • You return the product(s). Please contact us first or complete the returns form. click here for the returns form . Products that have not yet been opened will be refunded. For products that have already been used, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid.
  • You can exchange the product for another, similar product. We look for a solution together. If something went wrong during shipping, please send an email to klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com . You will then be sent a new product.

Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to the right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel and return your order free of charge up to 14 calendar days. This period only starts once you have received the products. The products must still be closed. To return the products, please contact us at klantenservice@marcelsgreensoap.com or complete the return form. Click here for the return form . If you cancel your entire order and you have paid shipping costs, we will also refund this. You can expect a refund within 14 days.

Deliveries – all details regarding delivery modalities are available here. If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us to let us know the problem.

Returns – we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on Marcelsgreensoap.com. In case you are not, please let us know and we will be happy to refund you in the form of a credit note, refund to your account or send you a replacement within 60 days. The items that are returned must be packaged in their original packaging with the order number, the reason for the return and your express request for either a refund or a replacement. If we have made a mistake in delivery, or if the item is damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for the costs of return.

Canceling an order – You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please also include the order number and your refund request.

Force majeure – we cannot be held liable in the event of delay or non-compliance with our commitments due to external elements beyond our control, or the inability to purchase materials and goods from us except at higher prices. In these cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement (partially or completely) without incurring liability to the client.

Refunds - Refunds are made via the same method as placing orders.
